Mission
Build AI systems that do more than execute workflows — systems that accumulate evidence, learn from outcomes, preserve institutional memory, and make businesses stronger over time.
Most operating knowledge in a business is temporary. It lives in the person who handled the account, the vendor that held the data, or the spreadsheet that explained the quarter. When any of those leave, the business restarts a lesson it already paid for.
We think that is a design problem, not an inevitability. The tools around a business should be replaceable. What the business has learned should not be.

- Evidence over narrative
- We would rather record an unflattering result than present a confident one. Findings that do not survive measurement do not become claims.
- Build in a real domain
- The platform is developed against an operating vertical, SolarVerbs, so design decisions are tested by consequences rather than by argument.
- Own the memory layer
- We design so that customers keep their canonical record, history and learned beliefs regardless of which vendors surround them.
- Keep humans legible
- Where a person makes a call, that judgment is captured as a first-class input, not hidden inside an automated step.
Company
FirstPromise Labs is early and deliberately quiet. We are not publishing team pages, customer names, or performance figures yet. When there is something verifiable to say, it will appear on the Research page with the evidence behind it.
