SolarVerbs: where the platform meets a real operating domain.
SolarVerbs is a FirstPromise vertical — not the FirstPromise company. It applies the platform to residential solar customer acquisition and lifecycle automation, under real conditions, with real consequences for being wrong.
Why a vertical
A platform that has never been held to an operating result is a set of opinions. Residential solar is a demanding test case: high-consideration purchases, long and fragile journeys, multilingual households, appointment-dependent economics, and outcomes that only become clear well after the conversation ends.
SolarVerbs exists so the FirstPromise architecture is designed against that reality rather than against a diagram.

AI intake and qualification
Inbound interest is met immediately, resolved to a canonical record, and taken through a structured conversation that captures the facts a solar decision actually depends on.

Bilingual voice and SMS
Conversations run in English and Spanish across voice and messaging, with the same underlying record and the same qualification standard in either language.

Scheduling
Appointment setting, confirmation, reminders and reschedules are treated as measurable stages, so no-show and reschedule behavior becomes learnable signal.

Sales handoffs
When a human takes over, they receive the transcript, the qualification facts, the open questions and what the system currently believes about the opportunity.

Post-sale lifecycle
Contract-to-install milestones stay attached to the same journey, so fulfillment reality is visible to the systems making acquisition decisions.

Outcome learning
Results are attributed back to the decisions that produced them — including the ones that resolve weeks later — and used to revise beliefs rather than to build a narrative.
Operating model
Specialised agent roles.
Work is divided into bounded roles rather than one general assistant. Each role has a defined scope, an explicit handoff condition, and its own evaluation against outcomes on the spine.
- Intake and qualification
- Meets inbound interest, resolves it to a canonical person, and runs the structured conversation that captures the facts a residential solar decision depends on. Owns scheduling, reminders and reschedule handling as part of the same relationship.
- Measurement and optimization
- Supports the acquisition loop across overflow and specialty segments, and evaluates what is and is not working across the system so the operating model keeps improving.
- Consultation and closing
- Conducts the numbers-based consultation, answers the homeowner's real questions, and guides a qualified opportunity to a decision.
- Post-sale lifecycle
- Carries the relationship through contract-to-install milestones so fulfillment reality stays attached to the same journey record.

An operating pattern shows up in the event spine — a stage that leaks, a segment that behaves differently, a script that underperforms in one language.

A change is written as an experiment with a hypothesis and a measurement window before it goes live.

The result is recorded against outcomes on the spine, including the delayed ones, and retained as evidence.

Generalise
Where a finding is domain-specific it stays in the vertical. Where it holds structurally, it becomes platform capability available to the next vertical.
Clarification
SolarVerbs is an operating vertical of FirstPromise Labs. FirstPromise is the platform and the parent company; SolarVerbs is its first laboratory. Additional verticals are future-facing and not announced.
